Wednesdays Forecast

Discussion: A significant ocean storm will impact the region tomorrow and Thursday. Periods of rain will begin tomorrow afternoon, likely mixing with or changing to snow by evening. The best chance for accumulating snow will be Wednesday Night into Thursday, though lingering rain and snow may continue into Thursday evening. Right now, we believe total accumulations will range from 4 - 10 inches, but we should be able to confine that range tomorrow. Winds will also be a hazard from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday evening, with occasional gusts in the 50 – 60 mph range. Moderate coastal flooding is expected along the shore.
