Wednesday's Forecast

Discussion: High pressure will be in place through Thursday, giving us mostly sunny conditions with a light northwesterly wind.  Low pressure will move off the east coast on Friday.  The impacts it will have on SBU are highly uncertain at this time, but there is a potential for a nor'easter to impact the region Friday into early Saturday.  More information will be available during the next day or so as computer models converge on a track and intensity solution for the storm.
For updates on Friday's potential coastal storm...please stay tuned to the SBU Weather Facebook page.
