Discussion: Upper Level shortwave ridge departs the region as surface high pressure builds and brings fair weather.  Clear skies on Thursday will allow for high temperatures in the high 40s and low temperatures in the low 30s.  The high temperatures are normal for our climate at this time of year, but the lows are a few degrees below normal.  There is a frost risk throughout the week.
